This project explored how far AI can go in creating realistic, character-driven video and where human direction still defines the result.
The workflow combined several platforms:
• ChatGPT for initial character development
• Seedream 3.0 (Higgsfield) for visual generation
• Topaz for refinement and texture enhancement
• Kling 2.1 for movement and framing
The results were visually impressive, but testing the same brief across multiple AI models revealed a clear distinction:
AI provides options, not intent.
The creative difference came from direction; understanding nuance, story, and tone.
The takeaway: AI can accelerate production and unlock new creative possibilities, but it still relies on human vision to turn output into meaning.
